To start using your Vega™ high-speed DNS management service, it is essential that you link your domain to our servers. Our system generates unique, dedicated nameservers for your service.
Step 1: Locate your nameservers
- Log in to your Control Center™
- Go to Products > My Products
- Click on your active Vega™ plan
- On the details screen, you will see a section labeled "Nameservers"
- You will see 4 addresses with the format: ns1.sXXX.vega.tieriun.net, ns2...
Step 2: Update your domain
You must go to the control panel where you purchased your domain (the Registrar) and replace the current nameservers with the 4 we have assigned to you.
Important: Do not use the registrar's default nameservers or any other external servers. For DNS management to function correctly, only the 4 nameservers listed in your service details should be configured.
Propagation Time
Once this change is made, the update can take between 1 and 24 hours to propagate worldwide, although it is usually much faster thanks to our global infrastructure.
