Outbound email over TCP port 25 has been blocked on all Astro™ plans due to a high risk of abuse. Port 25 is commonly used for email transmission, but it is also vulnerable to malicious activities such as spam and phishing.
We have implemented this security measure to protect our users from potential threats and to ensure a secure and reliable email experience.
If you need to send emails, we recommend using alternative ports such as 587 or 465. These ports offer secure and encrypted connections, which reduces the risk of abuse and protects your personal information.
