The following are the "Terms and Conditions" under which the promotional activity "Black Friday: 50% off" (hereinafter "The Promotion") will be developed and carried out, developed by "Tieriun LLC" (hereinafter "The Company"). The person who wishes to participate (hereinafter "The Participant") acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to these terms.
1. Objective of the promotion
During the days "The Promotion" is valid, "The Participant" can get a 50% discount on some of the selected plans, which will be reflected on the total value of the transaction or purchase.
The 50% discount on the total value of the transaction or purchase only applies during the "Black Friday: 50% off" promotional activity, using the code BF2024M.
The number of active codes available to receive the discount during the campaign is one hundred (100) units.
- One purchase code per account acquirer/holder.
- "The Company" reserves the right to cancel orders that are considered fraudulent.
2. Validity of the promotion
"The Promotion" applies to purchases made only from 00:00:00 on November 22, 2024, until 23:59:00 on November 29, 2024 (inclusive), through "The Company's" Website: https://www.tieriun.com.
3. Requirements to participate
All acquirers/holders who make their purchases during the Validity of "The Promotion" and who meet the requirements indicated below may participate:
- Be over 18 years of age;
- Be the account holders;
- Make their purchase(s) through "The Company's" Website: https://www.tieriun.com during the Validity of "The Promotion" (see Term "2" in the paragraph above).
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of "The Company's" Website: https://www.tieriun.com
4. Conditions of the promotion
- 50% discount, which will be reflected on the total value of the transaction/purchase;
- Only applies during the period indicated in point 2, "Validity of The Promotion", using the "Black Friday: 50% off" code;
- Offer valid only for Mesh™, Mesh™ for WordPress, Mesh™ for eCommerce, and Mesh™ for Apps plans during the period indicated in point 2, "Validity of The Promotion";
- Does not apply to the affiliate program;
- Subject to availability; 100 codes available, which will be valid from 00:00:00 on November 22, 2024, until 23:59:00 on November 29, 2024 (inclusive), through "The Company's" Website: https://www.tieriun.com;
- One purchase code per acquirer/account holder;
- "The Company" reserves the right to cancel orders it considers fraudulent;
- At the time of completing the purchase, the acquirer/account holder must enter the code;
- Does not apply to existing services and "Products - Domains";
- Only applies to the first month in a monthly billing cycle. From the second month, "The Participant" will pay the normal price and no longer "The Promotion" price.
5. Coverage of the promotion
"The Promotion" applies only and exclusively to purchases made through "The Company's" Website: https://www.tieriun.com.
6. Restrictions
Only individuals over 18 years of age and residents of / or with an address in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, United States, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay may participate in "The Promotion".
The discount will not be cumulative with other discounts, nor will it be substituted for cash, nor for any other discount.
The "Black Friday: 50% off" promotional activity will be immediately suspended, without assuming any liability, if crimes, fraud, or any irregularity in the way Participants participate are detected, or if any circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous event occurs. In such cases, the general public will be notified of the changes.
